Where do you operate your services?

We currently service Inner Melbourne, Eastern & South-East suburbs of Melbourne, Australia. As we continue providing our services we aim to expand into larger areas across Melbourne and will update when this occurs.

 

Do I need to be present during the home cleaning services?

​It is not required for you to be present during the cleaning session. However, we are not opposed to you remaining at home. Our staff are dedicated to delivering the service either way.

Will I get the same cleaner for every clean?

​Our staff are well-trained and experienced to handle the cleaning services. Due to various services operating during the week, staff may not be able to continuously attend to your home service. Rest assured that your home will be cleaned to a professional standard regardless of the cleaning attendant.

 

​Why do I need to book 3 days in advance?

​This allows our clients the flexibility to choose the most suitable options, or make any changes to their service without incurring a fee. Also, this allows our team to be well prepared for attending your session. 

 

What happens if I need to change my appointment for another day/time?

​We recommend contacting us for rescheduling/cancellation at least 48 hours before your session - no fees incurred for cancelling, 100% refund. However, late rescheduling/cancellations of 24 hours or less will incur 50% of the total service, you will receive 50% refund. You can still reschedule for another date.

Whats the difference between a One-Time Clean and a Routine Clean?

​Our One-Time Clean is booked as a one-off service. There are no repeat sessions included unless you happen to book again. Our routine Clean come in packages of weekly and fortnightly services. These packages offer a regular and discounted service, and prevents having to book multiple times if you want more frequent sessions during the month(s). All services can be booked in advance through one booking transaction.

​How long will it take to clean my home?

​There are many factors to determine the hours taken to complete a single session. We charge based on the whole service and not hourly. Therefore, we are not time constricted and rather focused on the quality of the service from start to end. House cleans range anywhere from 3-6 hours depending on the size of the home, type of service, extra add-on services, staff numbers, and more.

When do I pay for my cleaning service?

​We require full payment of services at the time of booking preferably through on our online platform or phone call to our business (there are various ways to finalise payment). This is to avoid disruptions to the flow of services, maintain a quality professional service to our clients and to respect the schedule/allocations given to our staff.
